I submitted a request for an ice dam removal and was contacted within the hour to set up a time and date. I was very happy with the prompt service and their focus on communication. It is not easy to find reliable companies for residential service in Duluth/Hermantown but Alliance breaks the mold. I can only comment on my experience with their ice dam removal but I would expect the same great service for masonry and their other services as well. Alliance is an ideal place to turn for residential work.
Great job by the Alliance crew! They were able to remove the stone face around the old fireplace and reinstall it around the new fireplace. Even though it looks basically the same, that is what we wanted and couldn’t be happier! The guys were wonderful to work with and had things wrapped up before Christmas! Thank you so much!
